How to Measure

Chest

  1. 1.Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest
  2. 2.Keep tape parallel to the floor
  3. 3.Take measurement while breathing normally

Waist

  1. 1.Measure around your natural waistline
  2. 2.Keep tape snug but not tight
  3. 3.Measure at the narrowest point, typically above the navel

Hand (for gloves)

  1. 1.Make a loose fist
  2. 2.Wrap tape around the widest part of your knuckles
  3. 3.Do not include the thumb — this gives your hand circumference

Shoulder

  1. 1.Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other
  2. 2.Across the back, from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
  3. 3.Keep tape flat across the back
